■ 制作と納期
本作品は受注制作となります。代金のお支払い完了後、制作を開始いたします。
作品の完成および発送まで、最長で1ヶ月ほどお時間を頂戴いたします。
（※万が一、発送に遅れが生じる場合は別途ご連絡申し上げます。）
*Production & Delivery
Artworks are made to order. Production will begin once your payment is confirmed.
Please allow up to one month for the artwork to be completed and shipped. (We will notify you in case of any delays.)

【額装あり／framed】：日本国内への発送のみ承ります。（海外発送は対応しておりません）
［額装なし／Unframed］：海外への発送も承ります。（※別途、海外配送料を頂戴いたします）

Framed Artworks：Available for domestic shipping within Japan only.
Unframed Artworks：Available for international shipping. (Additional shipping fees will apply.)

返品について

美術品という商品の特性上、また、お客様の閲覧環境による色味や質感の差異を避けるため、ご購入前には個展会場にて作品の実物を一度ご覧いただくことを推奨しております。
そのため、ご購入後のお客様ご都合（イメージと違う、サイズが合わない等）による返品・交換・キャンセルは一切お受けしておりません。予めご了承の上、ご注文をお願いいたします。
*Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of artworks, and to avoid any discrepancies in color or texture caused by different viewing environments, we highly recommend viewing the physical artwork at the exhibition venue before purchasing.
Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for personal reasons (e.g., the artwork looks different from your expectations, wrong size). We kindly ask for your understanding before placing an order.
